We are delighted to announce recruitment for 3 new full-time roles across our charity:
- Director of Fundraising
- Marketing and Communications Manager
- Charity Operations Executive
This is an exciting period for us here at Switch the Play Foundation and these new roles will join our existing team to help the charity deliver the ambitions of its new 5 year strategy.
We are continuing our mission to empower 15,000 and have a transformational impact on 1,500 current and former athletes over the next 5 years.
The successful candidates will be joining an empowered and supportive remote team. They will play instrumental roles in shaping the charity's future by driving income generation, enhancing its reach and awareness, and optimising its charity operations.
The roles:
This role will take responsibility for fundraising, to lead and grow our income generation efforts in line with our new 5 year business plan. This is a new and vital role that will drive the development of a sustainable, diversified fundraising strategy to support our expanding programmes and reach. The post holder will be a key member of the strategic leadership team at the charity working collaboratively with the CEO and other members of the team to deliver impact.
Marketing and Communications Manager
This role will lead on all aspects of marketing and communication for the Foundation. The post holder will be instrumental in raising awareness of our mission, amplifying our impact, and engaging key audiences including sportspeople, funders, and partners.
This role will support the effective running of our growing charity during this exciting period. The highly organised and proactive post holder will ensure operational excellence including policy development, coordination of projects, finance and governance support.
All roles are full-time with remote working.
